Mediterranean Salad was good. Salmon is frozen but still tasty. Prepare to wait for salmon to cook. Approx 15 minutes to cook while most dishes are served in 3 minutes or less.
This is a great fast casual Italian spot with huge portions and reasonable prices. The pastas come in a huge bowl (maybe 32 oz) for around $13-16, but don't leave you feeling lethargic. The portions are big, but not heavy. Great competition for the Panera and Chipotle in the immediate area with a similar quick service vibe. Great location for the hospital workers at Albany Medical Center. Street parking. Limited indoor seating (maybe 10-15 seats).
Convenient, good quality, fast. It's very close to where I live and when I'm feeling like I don't want to make food for myself, I head down there. Portions are really big, so sometimes I order from the kid's menu.
Fast service. Was clean and when i needed assistance the employees kindly helped. I ordered 2 large bowls with grilled chicken and was very surprised to see how filling it was. We also got a grilled chicken wrap and cannoli chips. I wish i could find one of these locations near me. Prices were good and food was fresh!
Service was quick. Had a nice Big C Bowl. No complaints. Would go back. Apparently they have three total locations.
From the outside it's difficult to tell what to expect, but as soon as we got through the double doors, we were met with an inviting, spacious room and delicious aromas. It looks like a warehouse space. It's brightly lit. Plenty of seating. Looks clean. Bold overhead signage and photos explain what's on the menu. There were several people behind the counter and a number of them were at the grill. The layout allows for plenty of safe distance between staff and approaching customers. The staffer who greeted us said the salads and pastas would take only a few minutes to prepare. He wasn't kidding. I ordered a Chicken Salad which was really a Caesar salad with chicken. It was so fresh. My husband ordered The Fredo: pasta, chicken, grape tomatoes, pesto, Alfredo sauce and melted cheese. That was amazing! I stole some of his food. There was so much of it, he ate the rest of it for lunch the next day. The prices were great. The prep speed was remarkable. It's not fast food in the traditional sense. It's good food fast. We did takeout and got out of there in less than five minutes after placing our orders. For casual dining, this place gets high marks. I noticed one reviewer called it a "hidden gem." I agree. I've passed this restaurant so many times and never walked in. My loss. I'll be stopping in again soon.
